Atlas Copco is one of the world's leading suppliers of drilling rigs for the mines and the construction industry. The head office is in Örebro and sales take place via around 50 subsidiaries around the world. Atlas Copco, like most Swedish industrial companies, wants to increase its aftermarket. Services and spare parts have relatively higher margins and are also an important instrument for connecting customers more closely. The challenges are normally to make the traditional sales organization think it is "nice" to engage in aftermarket products and at the same time make the aftermarket organization to think it is "nice" to sell. For a number of years, a large number of aftermarket products were launched with the family name "Care", of which ROC Care 2009 was named "Innovation of the Year" within Atlas Copco.
